Special Stages
Part of the Darling River water system, there is plenty of mud and deep water. There is generally one night stag and then 2 or 3 special stages in daylight.
Most Popular Stage
One stage sees all teams head off cross country Australian Safari style. They race across dry plains to GPS plotted locations. They then weave their way in and out of the waterholes. At times all competitors are on the banks winching their way across. Safety is still paramount and participants have to be careful of winch cables under the water. This is awesome to watch.

Spectator Information
Approx 2 hours from Broken Hill.
Great camping near waterhole and plenty of shady trees.
Bring the flynets and sunblock.
This is a great site for spectating, sitting on the side of the waterhole and watching all the action.
