Get Ready for the 2008 Alpine 4x4 Challenge

Australia's only Alpine 4x4 Challenge is held in the rugged mountain terrain near the alpine towns of Omeo and Dinner Plain in Victoria, it is the best winter 4wd action on offer. The competition is open to teams of two vehicles and courses are lengthy and very challenging!

Support crews are allowed and all competitors are based in a central area each day. Every night competitors, spectators and marshals get together in the village for heaps of socialising.

There is accommodation for everyone in the Dinner Plain village where you can have a hot shower and something to eat, then socialise with mates. It's the ability to socialise and get the results each night that really tops off this event. It also makes it really great for families who can come along and catch as much action as they want but without the hassle of camping.
